• Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE and REQUIRED to book an appointment.

• There is a 20 minute grace period. After 30 Mins you appointment will be CANCELLED

• If you have to reschedule within 24 hours of appointment, your deposit will go towards your next appointment.

• If you cancel same day as appointment, you lose your deposit.

• We Accept payments in the form of Cash or Zelle Only

• Seating in our waiting area is limited, Therefore we ask that you DO NOT bring company with you to your appointment.

• Please be mindful of other customers and keep your personal calls to a minimum.

• All services come with a wash, if you come with your hair washed already, there is NO DISCOUNT.

• There is a $20 up charge if you arrive with Matted or Extremely tangled hair.

• Please come with braids or twists from a previous style taken out already, There will be a $20 up charge.

• For loc services, please take out of previous style (Ex. Two-Strand Twist, Straight Backs) 4 or more day before your appointment.

• Bundles for wigs MUST BE DROPPED OFF 4 DAYS PRIOR to Pick up/Appointment.
