READ CAREFULLY
Cancellation policy
• Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE and REQUIRED to book an appointment.
• There is a 15–20-minute grace period. After 30 minutes your appointment will be CANCELED
• If you have to reschedule within 24 hours of appointment, your deposit will go towards your next appointment. The deposit is good for 2 reschedules after you will need to pay another deposit
If for any reason I cancel your appointment your Deposit WILL be refunded.
Squeeze in fee-$40 late fee- $20
PAYMENT POLICY
• The remainder balance must be paid in CASH ONLY.
PEOPLE POLICY
• Seating in our waiting area is limited, Therefore we ask that you DO NOT bring company with you to your appointment.
• Please be mindful of other customers and keep your personal calls to a minimum.
Hair Policy
• All services come with a wash, if you come with your hair washed already, there is NO DISCOUNT.
• There is a up charge if you arrive with Matted or Extremely tangled hair.
• Please come with braids or twists from a previous style taken out already, IF not there will be a up charge.
• For loc services, please take out of previous style (Ex. Two-Strand Twist, Straight Backs etc) 2 or more days before your appointment.
WIG POLICY
• Bundles for wigs MUST BE DROPPED OFF 4 DAYS PRIOR to Pick up/Appointment.
